Our locations in the Slovakia, Italy, Romania, Russia, Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany have a regional focus, but have a Europe-wide radius of action.
The passion for solutions and projects, and the inspiration through our staff – that is what distinguishes us, and is also a commitment! Our mission ist communication
The Niersberger mission is identified through its employees. Communication plays a decisive role thereby. That is why we exchange information among each other. Executive Board, merchants, engineers, specialists, officers, employees and apprentices conduct a permanent dialogue, which overcomes hierarchies. This enables the recognition, unleashing and utilization of synergies.
This characterizes our daily work. This develops creative and technical concepts, which are able to resolve specific problems of our customers, whose issues need to be answered competently and stand up to the criteria of cost-effectiveness. This solution awareness is supported by a strong service-oriented mindset, the highest degree of clienting and a high quality demand towards ourselves and the product.
Embody values and demonstrate them daily
Values are not theoretical constructs. On the contrary, values govern our daily work. Consciously or unconsciously we create values, conduct a value creation, place a great emphasis on “quality”. The value itself is present in every human being. Embody values and demonstrate them daily – one of the guiding principles of Niersberger.
Our employees make values visible and tangible. The workforce embodies, communicates and provides values. Values materialize from opinions, attitudes and performed work. How we actually work and how we do what we are able to, can be defined to our values.
